SKEILA® SCHEDULER is a Windows application designed for companies, IT teams, operations and management control departments that need to extract data from databases on a recurring basis and turn it into ready-to-use Excel or CSV files.
Configure the workflow once: data source, SQL query, reporting period, export format, destination and schedule. SKEILA® SCHEDULER can then repeat the process consistently, without relying on manual execution every time.
You can connect to Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SAP HANA and other sources through ODBC, export data to Excel or CSV, and deliver files to local folders or through FTP, FTPS and SFTP.
Dynamic reporting periods can include previous week, previous month, rolling completed months, quarters, four-month periods and fixed date ranges for one-off runs or rework activities.
Large datasets can be split across multiple Excel sheets or separate files, helping avoid excessively large workbooks.
SKEILA® SCHEDULER records execution results, errors, warnings, delivery attempts and diagnostic details, making it easier to understand what actually happened during each run. When enabled, you can inspect compiled SQL, bound parameters and application logs.
Configurable notifications can alert users about errors, successful runs or warning conditions, depending on the selected plan.
