Incorrect dates and reporting periods
An outdated filter can produce a perfectly formatted spreadsheet with the wrong information.
Set dynamic periods such as last week, completed months, or fixed dates for one-off jobs.
Skeila® Scheduler · Windows database export automation software
Schedule SQL queries, recurring reports and file deliveriesThe same SQL extract every week? A monthly spreadsheet to deliver? Stop repeating queries, date filters and transfers by hand. With Skeila Scheduler, define the workflow once, schedule when it runs and check what happened.
Get started with the Free plan and its published limits. The built-in scheduler is available with Gold and Enterprise; Free supports direct runs and Windows Task Scheduler.
Example of a scheduled export
Every Monday: data from the previous week
Monday · 7:00 AMRun a saved SQL query with the right reporting period.
Create Excel or CSV, split across sheets or files as needed.
Send it to the destination and review the outcome.
Exporting a file is easy. Doing it on time, with the right dates, format and destination, every single time, is harder. Skeila Scheduler helps your team turn a repetitive task into a consistent workflow.
An outdated filter can produce a perfectly formatted spreadsheet with the wrong information.
Set dynamic periods such as last week, completed months, or fixed dates for one-off jobs.
When a transfer fails, it can be unclear whether the destination already received the output.
Review execution history and delivery states before deciding whether to repeat a transfer.
Without an execution log, the first warning may be a colleague asking where a missing report went.
Track successful runs, warnings and failures with notifications supported by your plan.
Skeila Scheduler runs SQL queries against supported data sources and exports the results to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV for business workflows. It also supports ODBC connections where compatible drivers are available.
Actual compatibility depends on drivers, database versions, permissions and connection settings. This product is not a database replication or backup system.
Connect a supported database, save the SQL query and define the reporting period: previous week, completed month or a fixed date range.
Choose a one-time run or a recurring schedule, configure optional run limits and preview the upcoming dates.
Generate Excel or CSV, deliver to a local folder or using FTP, FTPS or SFTP, then review run history and notifications.
Whether you support sales, finance or IT, start with a report your team already exports manually.
Run a SQL query for the preceding week and deliver an Excel file to your sales team or partner.
Weekly SQL reportProduce an Excel or CSV report for the previous month without editing date filters each time.
Monthly data exportPrepare regular files from SQL Server, Oracle or other supported sources, with delivery history and error details.
Automated SFTP deliveryAutomation is only useful when outcomes are understandable. Skeila captures execution details and helps you distinguish successful steps from issues that need attention.
Review the recorded execution outcome and its details.
An uncertain delivery is not automatically treated as a confirmed success.
Find which part of the workflow needs attention.
Start with your own database and a real SQL query, without purchasing a higher-tier plan first. The Free edition helps you check compatibility and validate an export workflow in your Windows environment.
The Free plan does not include the built-in scheduler, multiple concurrent jobs, or the advanced notifications in Gold or Enterprise. Check the feature comparison and current licensing terms.
From a single SQL export to scheduled departmental workflows, choose the capacity and visibility tools that fit your process.
Evaluate a real export without buying.

Limits apply per workspace. Archived batches do not count against active-batch allowances. A limit on viewing older history does not mean automatic deletion. Performance depends on available resources and configuration; check current prices, licences and conditions on the official product page.
Yes. The Free plan lets you configure one batch and test SQL-to-Excel or CSV exports against supported databases. You can run it directly or from Windows Task Scheduler. The built-in scheduler requires Gold or Enterprise.
Set up a Microsoft SQL Server connection, save your SQL query, choose XLSX and configure the file destination. For recurring execution use Windows Task Scheduler, or the built-in scheduler with an eligible plan.
Supported sources include Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SAP HANA and ODBC. Compatible drivers, database permissions and connection settings are required. Try the Free plan to verify your environment.
Yes. Save a query and select the data period, such as last week or last completed month; schedule frequency is configured separately. Fixed periods and one-time jobs are supported too.
Yes. Destination options include local folders, FTP, FTPS and SFTP. Execution history helps distinguish confirmed transfers from outcomes requiring review.
Skeila can split large exports across multiple Excel worksheets or separate files, using configurable limits. Actual performance depends on query, data size, computer resources and delivery destination.
You can hide the desktop window in the notification area while the process continues running. Windows Task Scheduler can also launch the runner. Skeila Scheduler is not currently a standalone Windows service.
No. It connects to supported data sources to run the SQL queries you configure and produce files. It does not replace your ERP, database backup or replication system.
